The “red line”
Incentive Concepts have much more impact if they have a “red line” – a special message or a powerful motto which makes the trip even more extraordinary. For two days, your incentive group will be based in a remote Village in Northern Namibia, where the Himba tribe will open their homes and hearts, and receive participants into their homes. Because of the harsh desert climate in the region where they live and their seclusion from outside influences, the Himba have managed to maintain much of their traditional lifestyle. Members live under a tribal structure based on bilateral descent that helps them live in one of the most extreme environments on earth. Together with villagers we create an entire activity day based on local culture and tradition. Depending on how ethnic you are prepared to become, you can chose if you would like to stay in a traditional Himba Kraal, on a farm or in a country hotel. A central area will be converted into an interactive meeting-place, where the locals and guests share their ways of life and become friends. Meals are served there. The human encounters will be rewarding, enriching and unforgettable for everybody. Employees meet, share and interact on a different level in order to…

Guides and local trackers take you on day and night game drives and walking safaris in search of these pre-historic beasts. Several natural springs in the reserve support a surprising diversity of plants, animals and birds and some of the more exciting finds will include the Welwitschia plant, rhino, elephant, Hartmann’s mountain zebra, spotted hyena, gemsbok, white-tailed shrike, Herero chat and white-backed mousebird.
